Graham Dunkley chooses Medica’s Pharma Cartons
Medica Packaging is pleased to announce that Graham Dunkley, most recently of Multi Packaging Solutions (MPS) has joined Medica as Commercial Director. Graham will be working to introduce Medica to new clients for pharma cartons and leaflets, and also to oversee bids and tenders in the Commercial department having worked with Pharmaceutical clients for over 20 years (actually close to 40!).
Gerard Harford, Managing Director of Medica Packaging commented:
“I am delighted to welcome Graham who will bring his significant knowledge of healthcare and pharma cartons to our clients both old and new. Graham has already spent time with us and I know he will really help to add depth to the team, which is always valuable especially as we grow.”
Graham recently retired from a successful career where his last role was Commercial Director at MPS. He had built his success from starting on the factory floor in 1976, then rising through roles such as Key Account Manager and Sales Director to eventually oversee all bid and tender activity at MPS as well as managing several key clients. Like many of us retirement has really been a release to get back to the fun parts of work and so Graham started spending time with Medica in late 2016.
When asked about the appointment, Graham commented:
“To bring me back into work there needed to be a role I could be passionate about. When I heard that Medica was building its business based on quality and service and a personal touch, I was interested immediately. Having done a little work with Medica in 2016 I know the whole team is dedicated to excellence in serving the pharma cartons and leaflets market, something that is priceless to knowledgeable clients across the UK and Europe.”
Medica Packaging has been providing quality cartons and leaflets for most of its near 100 year history. In the area of pharma cartons, Medica prides itself on being the last independent business focused on just the high quality, high service end of the market. This position has been reinforced over the last two years under the ownership of Sullivan Street through building on the deep industry knowledge in the company and removing distractions in terms of activities in significantly different sectors.
